Nowadays, because of the high and lagging market price of zinc and the quality of HDG coated steel plate, some new zinc plating production lines are either in the process of construction, or have decided to build, or are in the stage of completion. At the same time, the demand of packaging market in line with food standards has also increased, which requires that the tin plating line must conform to a clear, food grade production process. In addition, the development of electroplating tin line to reduce the formation of tin slime requires that all production lines should be installed with insoluble anode, rather than only used as auxiliary anode. Therefore, in order to fully ensure the uniformity of current distribution within the service life, the application of insoluble anode with clear, predictable and long life is becoming more and more important in the field of galvanizing and tin plating.
