Energy saving and environmental protection anode in hydrometallurgy industry

Technical parameters: pH value: < 1 ~ 4

Coating thickness: 0.5-1mm

Main components of coating: precious metal elements + conductive ceramics

Current density: < 1000A / m2

Electrolyte: copper sulfate + sulfuric acid or nickel sulfate + sulfuric acid

Service life: no less than 12 months

After being used by domestic users, it has the following advantages

1. Cell voltage is lower than lead anode: 0.05v-0.1v

2. The weight of the electrode is light and the operation is convenient

3. Long service life, 1-2 times of lead alloy anode

4. The mesh structure of electrode improves the fluidity of electrolyte and makes the current distribution more uniform

5. The labor cost is reduced. Because there is no fall off of lead sulfate, there is no precipitation at the bottom of the electrolytic cell, which reduces the number of personnel. At the same time, it also avoids the deposit in the conventional electrolysis, and the high pollution and energy consumption caused by the return fire treatment

6. As there are no Sn, Sb, Ag and other ions in the coating, there will be no secondary pollution to the solution

7. The copper or nickel produced can reach high purity

8. Suitable for electrodeposition of nickel, copper, cobalt and other industries
